The Cornerstone Program
The Cornerstone program is a program that enables all students in the university to be exposed to the entire range of fields of study at the university, including fields which are not related to their major. For the 2012-2013 school year, the program offers a wide variety of 125 courses from 35 departments and fields of research across four campuses. Many of the university's most accomplished lecturers were recruited to teach in the program and great effort was put into preparing courses and matching them to the needs of students who come from a different field. Participation in the program is obligatory. A course in the program can count for 4 credit points from the optional courses required for psychology.
